HOW LONG ARE ALTURN PRODUCTS WARRANTED?

Warranty period varies among different products. For the HV Battery System battery all provide three-years limited warranty and electric outboard/inboard is provide one first year free warranty with two-years limited warranty.

HOW DO I GET MY ALTURN PRODUCTS MAINTAIN/REPAIRED?

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO REPAIR MY ALTURN PRODUCT?

There is no cost if your situation is covered under our warranty policy.
If your issue is not warranted, repair price depends on actual type of maintenance.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD FOR THE REPLACED/REPAIRED PARTS?

a. The replaced/repaired parts have three-month extended warranty since the date of maintenance.
b. If the three-month period overlaps with the original warranty period of the product, the replaced/repaired parts will enjoy the remaining warranty period of the product.
c. If the three-month period exceeds the original two-year warranty period, the repaired/replaced parts continue enjoying warranty during the extended period.
